Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the audits, discovery sessions, reports and website provided by "Synergy Solutions", a trading name of the proprietor ("we", "us"). By booking or paying for an audit you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
"Synergy Solutions" is a trading name of the proprietor. Registered office / business address: to be confirmed. Contact: hello@synergy-solutions.co.uk.
2. What we provide
Synergy Solutions provides fixed-scope audits of ideas, early-stage businesses and small businesses. Each tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) delivers a one-hour discovery session followed by a written report and a letter grade. Gold and Platinum audits are additionally reviewed by our advisory panel.
The panel provides informal commercial perspective from experienced operators. Panel input is not formal legal, financial, tax, accounting, regulatory or investment advice, and no professional-client relationship is formed with any individual panel member.
3. Booking, payment and pricing
Audits are paid in advance via Stripe. Prices are shown on the website and include applicable UK taxes where indicated. Booking of the discovery session is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have selected a time slot via Calendly.
4. Refunds and honesty guarantee
Cancellations, rescheduling and our honesty guarantee are governed by our Refunds & Grading policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us honest, materially complete information about the business or idea being audited.
- Have the right to share any information, data or materials you send us.
- Attend the discovery session at the time you booked, or reschedule per our policy.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate an engagement — with a full refund of any unused fees — where the requested audit relates to activity that is unlawful, misleading, or that we consider outside our competence.
6. Intellectual property
On payment in full, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the written report internally for your own business purposes. We retain ownership of our methodology, templates, scoring rubric and any underlying know-how. You may not resell, syndicate or publish the report or the panel's input without our written permission.
7. Confidentiality
We treat information you share as confidential and only share it with panel members bound to equivalent confidentiality obligations. We may use anonymised, non-identifying learnings to improve our methodology.
8. Limits of the service
Our audits are professional opinions based on the information available to us within a fixed time-box. They are not a guarantee of any business, financial, legal or regulatory outcome. Decisions you take on the back of an audit are your own.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that:
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an audit is capped at the fee paid for that audit.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence if you are a consumer.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to an audit is the version in force at the time you booked and paid for it.
